Sean Whitson - Head Writer/Strategist
Always prioritizing the pragmatic, Sean earned undergraduate degrees in English Literature and Philosophy at Boston College before collecting an MFA in Poetry from Emerson.
His published work can be read in the bottoms of birdcages nationwide. He worked as a high school English teacher in his Pennsylvania hometown and then in corporate communications
in New York City until he moved to Connecticut in 2005 to cut his political teeth on the Dan Malloy for Governor campaign.
Sean came to Mission Control in September of 2006 and recently reenlisted for yet another cycle, much to the chagrin of the principals. He brings his talent for writing, his passion
for Democratic politics, a staunch grammatical fascism, and a much-needed bump for the firm's hunk factor. Or so he insists.
When not in the office Sean can be found hiking and/or kayaking through his adopted state, playing the guitar poorly, or hanging out with dogs. Reports suggest he loves too much and
drinks too little, though we suspect the reports have it backward.
