Adnaan Muslim - Partner/Accounts Director
Since being named partner in 2002, Adnaan Muslim has developed
into being the right brain of Mission Control by leading the
creative element of the firm. He potentially has a left brain
too, but it’s probably under the pile of papers in the
corner of his typically messy office.
Adnaan began his political career as a campaign fundraiser,
amassing experience at the municipal, congressional and statewide
levels, being involved in such races as Tim Johnson’s
winning 1996 U.S. Senate race and Happy Fernandez’ 1999
campaign for Mayor of Philadelphia. There were other stops
along the way, but those campaigns asked to remain nameless
for fear of retribution.
“Naan” joined Direct Reponse Mail in 1999, moving to Mission
Control at it’s creation in 2001 and was elevated to
partner in 2002. The place has never been the same since. Aside
from leading the creative team, Adnaan also plays a major role
in developing strategic recommendations for clients and contributing
any advice possible on a number of campaign activities. He’s
being considered for the Guinness Book of World Records for
most unnecessary uses of a blackberry in a given 24 hour period.
Adnaan and his wife, Gina, live in West Hartford, CT but
can be found in any number of locations visiting their
broad network
of family and friends. Despite being a fairweather fan by
supporting UNC basketball but having no ties to North
Carolina, Naan keeps
himself honest by also supporting the Jets, the Mets and
the Knicks.
